Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026. Operated by Bytes and Bytes LLC (Wyoming).

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Acre & Anglewebsite, applications, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bytes and Bytes LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Platform is operated under the brand name Acre & Angle.

2. What the Platform is (and is not)

Acre & Angle is an advertising and lead-introduction platform. We help clients describe projects and introduce them to architectural, design, and related professionals (“Professionals”). We may verify contact information, qualify requests, and present matched Professionals subject to our review processes and product rules.

We are not:

  • a party to any contract between a client and a Professional;
  • an architecture, engineering, or construction firm;
  • a guarantor of project outcomes, costs, timelines, or licensing results;
  • responsible for the quality, performance, advice, workmanship, insurance, or conduct of any Professional or client.

Any engagement, proposal, design agreement, construction contract, or payment arrangement for professional services is solely between the client and the Professional (or other vendors they choose). You are responsible for your own due diligence before hiring anyone.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for activity under your credentials. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion, including for fraud risk, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Professionals who apply or maintain profiles represent that licensing, insurance, and business information they provide is truthful to the best of their knowledge. Publication of a profile or a “verified” marker is not a warranty of licensure, competence, or fitness for any particular project.

4. Lead submissions and communications consent

When you submit a project request or related form, you authorize us to collect and process your contact and project information to review the request, match or introduce Professionals, operate the Platform, and improve our services.

If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS or calls (including via checkboxes or TCPA-related language on forms), you agree that we and matched Professionals may contact you about your request using the methods you allowed. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase where applicable law requires that statement. You may opt out of SMS as described in the message or by contacting us.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that any Professional will contact you, accept your project, or offer pricing. If you request a quote from a specific firm, we may record that preference for our review process; we do not promise exclusive delivery to that firm, automatic matching, or any particular outcome. Administrative review may apply before any marketplace release or distribution.

5. Professionals, credits, and payments

Professionals may purchase credits, subscriptions, or related products to access leads or platform features. Credit packages, pricing, inclusions, and refund policies are described on the Platform or in a separate order or agreement and may change. Credits and subscription terms (including carryover rules, if any) are as stated at purchase time unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Fees are generally non-refundable except where we expressly offer a refund (such as certain junk lead credit refunds under our published policies) or where required by law.

Where the Platform facilitates milestone or other payments between clients and Professionals, those funds and any application fees are subject to the payment provider’s terms and any Connect or payout rules. We are not a bank or escrow agent unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
  • scrape, harvest, or resell Platform data without permission;
  • interfere with security, rate limits, or other users’ access;
  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to harass others;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Acre & Angle, Bytes and Bytes LLC, or any Professional;
  • attempt to bypass lead caps, payment, verification, or administrative review.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, software, and content we provide are owned by Bytes and Bytes LLCor its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Professionals retain ownership of materials they upload, subject to a license for us to host, display, and operate the Platform (including public profiles they choose to publish).

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that leads are free of error, that matches will succeed, that Professionals are correctly licensed in your jurisdiction, or that any project will meet your expectations. User-generated content and third-party websites are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bytes and Bytes LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROJECT DELAYS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR ANY INTRODUCTION BETWEEN USERS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

Without limiting the above, we are not responsible for disputes, damages, injuries, property loss, construction defects, design errors, permitting failures, or other results of interactions between clients and Professionals or other third parties.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bytes and Bytes LLCand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your projects or professional services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or discontinue features with or without notice if we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited, you agree that exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Platform will lie in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
